MEET ME
Born and raised in Queens, NY, I bring over a decade of expertise in fitness, athletic performance, and coaching to individuals, teams, and communities. Growing up with a single mother and three siblings, I learned the value of discipline, resilience, and hard work—qualities that have fueled my passion for helping others unlock their full potential.As a former Division I athlete at Hofstra University and a professional basketball player in France, Portugal, and Cyprus, I’ve built a foundation of elite-level discipline, teamwork, and performance. These experiences now drive my work in empowering others through fitness.I’m the founder of K4Q, an innovative platform offering virtual fitness classes and programs, including my signature K4Q format—a dynamic, music-driven workout designed to challenge and energize people of all fitness levels. In addition to virtual programs, I’ve hosted youth camps and clinics, mentoring young athletes to develop their skills, confidence, and athletic potential.Currently, I serve as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Campbell Hall, optimizing athletic performance for high school athletes. I also teach at multiple prestigious Equinox locations, delivering high-energy, results-driven workouts that inspire clients to achieve their goals.My work is backed by certifications from NASM and ACE, along with extensive experience in private sports performance training, basketball coaching, and group fitness. Beyond fitness, I love traveling, discovering new music, and exploring new cuisines, constantly seeking fresh perspectives and challenges that fuel my growth.Whether coaching one-on-one, leading a group class, or inspiring youth athletes, my mission is simple: to energize, motivate, and transform lives—one step, one rep, and one goal at a time.
